new wine(ry) shop in Raleigh?
leandra wrote this on January 5, 2009
I was browsing around the web and I stumbled upon this place in Raleigh, Carafe Wine Makers. It looks like they are a micro-winery that gives folks the opportunity to craft their own wine from the available juice, then slap a personalized label on it for parties and special occasions. Catering to a niche market to be sure.
I am not convinced that good wine can come of this… anyone heard/used of this type of place before?
