Adams Vineyards and Winery grand opening

Adams Vineyards and Winery will open its doors to the public today, Saturday, September 6 at 10 am. Adams Vineyards is a small family-owned vineyard located about 30 minutes south of downtown Raleigh in Willow Springs.

On Tuesday, September 9th, A Southern Season (@ University Mall in Chapel Hill) will donate 5% of all their in-store and restaurant sales to Corks for Kids to raise money for the North Carolina Children’s Hospital.

My lovely sister shipped this De Long’s poster to me for my birthday. Also included was a little book, The Wine and Grape Indexes, that tells you what grapes are blended in a ‘type’ of wine, very useful for French, Italian and Spanish wines. Thanks, Lauren!
