Wine Authorities is teaming up with Piedmont on Thursday, July 28th for a dinner featuring wines from producers who are more farmer than winemaker. Using primarily local ingredients, chef Marco Shaw will be preparing five courses to match with the wines and philosophy of these agrarian artists.
The cost is $65 per person (plus tax and tip) and reservations required and limited by calling 683-1213. It may sell out before the food/wine pairings are announced.
