Sparkling Wine Dinner @ Guglhupf (5/25)

Guglhupf is hosting a 5-course Sparkling wine dinner on Wednesday, May 25th at 7pm for $55 pp (plus tax & gratuity). Ken Rosati of locally-owned Centerba Selections is the guest speaker and seating is limited. Reserve on-line, or call them at 401-2600.

The Menu

GrussausderKüche – beau soleil oysters on the half shell with sauce mignonette
jean-paul brun, charme, crement de bourgogne

Vorspeise – local greens, goat lady dairy chevre, pine nuts, blueberry vinaigrette
françoise pinon, vouvray, brut

FischKurs – pan roasted organic salmon, local kohlrabi purée and a pea shoot velouté
avinyó, cava reserva, brut rosé

Hauptspeise – slow roasted all-natural local pork shoulder, herbed späetzle and pan jus
francis boulard, les murgiers, champagne

Nachtisch – black pepper chocolate tuille layered with bitter sweet chocolate mousse and a strawberry brunoise
frank piellot, cerdon de bugey
