Executive Chef Scott Crawford of Heron’s will host three of the regions best chefs on Monday, May 17th at 7pm for a five course, wine paired dinner. Ashley Christensen from Poole’s Diner in Raleigh, NC, Jim Anile from Revolution Restaurant in Durham, NC and Vivian Howard from Chef & The Farmer in Kinston, NC will each create one of the evening’s five courses. The Umstead’s Pastry Chef Daniel Benjamin will prepare the dessert course.
