San Carlo Italian Bistro in Raleigh is hosting a wine dinner on Wednesday, March 3rd at 6:30pm. The cost is $45 per person (+tax/+tip), call (919) 676-3262 for reservations.

Mushroom stuffed w/ crabmeat, spinach, cheese topped w/ tarragon – butter sauce

Pasta
Veal Tortelloni w/ prosciutto, roasted peppers, peas in fresh tomato cream vodka sauce topped w/ asiago & basil

Lamb Ossobuco w/ redused sauce & stuffed artichokes w/ goat cheese
