Lowcountry Wine Dinner @ Blu Seafood (2/10)

Blu Seafood and Bar and Hope Valley Bottle Shop are teaming up for a Lowcountry Wine Dinner on Wednesday, February 10th at 7pm.
The cost is $45 per person plus tax and gratuity and you can call Blu for reservations at (919) 286-9777.
The wine pairings will not be available until the dinner tomorrow, but here’s the menu:
Mixed Greens Salads with Crispy Country Ham, Grit Croutons, and Toasted Benne Seed Dressing
Cornmeal Fried Oysters with Pilau
Shrimp & Grits with Applewood Bacon, Mushroom Grits and Herb Butter
Huguenot Torte
