4th Annual Have A Heart wine tasting/fundraiser (1/31)

The 4th Annual Have a Heart Valentine Wine Tasting and Silent Auction will be held from 3-7pm on Sunday, January 31st at Rigsbee Hall in Durham. 100% of the profits will aid in the rescue and care of homeless, abandoned, and abused animals. Tax-deductible tickets are $20 each in advance or $25 at the door, and are available for purchase on the event website.

This year’s tasting event will explore notable artisan wines of the south of France including wines from the Rhone, Provence, Languedoc, the Southwest, and Roussillon. Additional wines from around the globe will be available by the glass. Silent auction items will include wine bottles, art and items from local businesses, you can see an updated list here.

Eric and I attended this event last year and the food and wine were delicious. There were many great auction items as well, plus it’s for a good cause!
