Hirsch Vineyards wine dinner @ Cypress on the Hill (10/23)

Cypress on the Hill still has a few seats available for their Hirsch Vineyards wine dinner tonight at 5:30pm. The cost is $100.00 per person (plus tax and gratuity), call (919) 537-8817 to reserve a spot.

Additionally, they will be offering the different Hirsch wines for sale by the glass through the evening, including a special flight of all four wines and different courses from the Wine Dinner menu will be available as specials for all patrons. This is a great opportunity to taste some lovely California wines, without committing to a full wine dinner.

The Menu:

1st course
Bibb Lettuce & Citrus Salad with Ruby Red Grapefruit, Navel Oranges & Pomegranate Seeds with Roquefort Vinaigrette
2007 Hirsch Vineyards Chardonnay

2nd course
Grilled Scottish Salmon with Braised Fall Vegetables and Ham Hock-Red Wine Sauce
2008 Hirsch “Bohan Dillon” Pinot Noir & 2007 Hirsch “M” Pinot Noir

3rd course
Pan Roasted Squab Breast & Confit Leg with Sweet Potato Apple Puree, Haricot Vert & Roasted Poultry & Sun-Dried Cherry Jus
