Chatham Hill’s Winemaker, Marek Wojciechowski is leading a special event for aspiring apprentice winemakers, Hands on in the Winery: Blending – The Art & Science of Winemaking, on Saturday, November 7 from 10am-1pm.
After a tour of the winery, you will create your own red blend. Reservations and prepayment required by November 1. The cost is $50 per person ($45 Wine Club Members), call (919) 380-7135 to save yourself a spot
