Chef’s Dinner @ Umstead Hotel (10/23)

Herons at the Umstead Spa & Hotel in Cary’s new executive chef Scott Crawford is hosting a dinner featuring chefs he has worked with from all over the Southeast on Friday, October 23 at 7:30pm. The cost is $110 per person for the five-course dinner and wine pairings. For restaurant reservations, please call (919) 887-2161.
The other chefs include Ken Vedrinski of Trattoria Lucca in Charleston, S.C., Steven Greene of Devereaux’s in Greenville, S.C., and Colin Bedford of The Fearrington House in Pittsboro. The dessert course will be prepared by Herons’ pastry chef Daniel Benjamin.
Guests are invited to join the guest chefs for cocktails on the terrace at 6pm prior to dinner.
