Wine Dinner @ Celebrity Dairy (8/16)

Bonne Soirée chef Chip Vaughan will be at Celebrity Dairy on Sunday, August 16 preparing a special picnic-style wine dinner paired with wines distributed by Rosenthal Wine Merchants in New York. Trey Stevenson, Southern representative for Rosenthal, will be on hand to discuss the wines.
The al fresco event begins with hors d’oeuvres at 1:30pm, followed by a sit-down spread whose highlights include Cane Creek Farm pork terrine, pickled shrimp, chilled poached salmon with sauce gribiche (mayonnaise-style sauce), and French potato salad.
