Txakoli Fest @ Six Plates

Six Plates is hosting Txakoli Fest on Saturday, July 25th to celebrate the spritzy Basque wine. When served, it is normally poured into tall glasses from height, so hopefully Matt is practicing his technique. Oh, and I believe it’s pronounced “SHA-ko-lee” :)

The $5 cover charge includes a Basque cider glass for you to use and keep.
