Italian Wine Dinner @ Vic’s Ristorante (7/30)

Vic’s Ristorante is hosting an Italian Wine Dinner on Thursday, July 30 at 7pm. For Reservations call Mario or Mia at (919) 829-7090. The price is $38 per person (tax and gratuity not included)

The Menu:

Romaine ripiena al tonno – romaine salad filled with tuna, tomatoes, onions and cannellini beans in a extra virgin olive oil sauces
Ca’ Brigiano Pinot Grigio

Zucchini ripieni alle capesante – zucchini filled with scallops and finished in a virgin olive oil herb sauce
Araldica Luciana Gavi

Melanzane alla Parmigiana – baked eggplant topped with mozzarella, served in a tomato sauce and baked to perfection
L’Armangia Barbera Sopra Berruti

Arista di maiale al forno – roast pork loin paired with roasted potatoes and spinach
Alovini Aglianico le Ralle

Torta di mele alla vaniglia – apple cake topped with vanilla ice cream
L’Armangia Moscato
