Australian Wine Dinner @ Skylines Cafe

Skylines Café in Clayton is hosting a five course wine dinner with Mark Horney of Turner Wine Imports (featuring Linda Domas Wines) on Sunday, June 7th starting at 6:15pm. Cost is $60 per person (not including tax and gratuity).

Roulade of Gator tenderloin stuffed with spinach, sun dried tomatoes, Impastada, Asiago cheeses, and prosciutto, finished with a slow roasted grape tomato reduction served with a Grana Padano basket filled with a bouquet of arugula brushed with an emulsion of white balsamic and almond oil

Plantain wrapped Barramundi, served with grilled asparagus, coconut risotto and Brunoise of mango and blueberries finished with a Pomegranate Jus, fresh Lavender and dried pineapple
