Think Pink Wine Dinner @ Zely & Ritz

Zely & Ritz is hosting a four-course Think Pink Wine Dinner this Friday, April 24 at 7pm to benefit dinner to benefit Breast Cancer Research. The price is $60 per person (tax & gratuities not included) and a portion of the proceeds goes to Race for the Cure.

Vegetarian and other special diet options are available upon request when you make your reservation. Reservations can be made by calling (919) 828-0018.

1st course
Salmon Gravlax over Pink Lentil and Couscous Salad with Radishes and Oranges
Wine: Cotes De Rhone, Parallelle 45, France ‘07

2nd course
Roasted Beet Salad with Mixed Greens, Feta Cheese, Pears and Walnut Vinaigrette
Wine: Schumberger Riesling, Alsace, France ‘05

3rd course
Purple Potato Gnocchi with Red Cabbage, Roasted NY Strip, Dried Cherries and Red Wine Sauce
Wine: Pio Cesare, Barbera d Alba, Italy ‘06

4th course
Savory Cheese and Lavender Tart with Strawberry Ice Cream
Cocktail: Rising Sun, in honor of Jay’s Mom, a Breast Cancer Survivor
