1st Course: Grilled Flank Steak over Arugula Salad and Pickled Scallions
2nd Course: Oxtail Ravioli with Braised Tongue and Red Wine Reduction
3rd Course: Braised Short Ribs over Mashed Potatoes
4th Course: Grilled and Roasted Ribeye with Roasted Root Vegetables and Bordeaux Sauce
5th Course: House-made Beef Jerky dipped in Chocolate with Larry’s Beans Coffee
