Basics of Wine Class @ Durham Tech

Todd Wielar, owner of the Chapel Hill Wine Company is teaching a six-week class on the basics of wine. Learn how to taste, serve, store, open wine, read a label and gain insight into the main grape varietals and the regions in which they grow.

The classes will be every Thursday from 5 to 7pm starting March 19 through April 30. Classes will be held at Durham Tech’s new Orange County campus in the Waterstone Development in Hillsborough off Old NC Highway 86. Cost is $100.
