Eric and I dined at Revolution in Durham last week and wrote all about it on our other blog. One of the stars of our meal was a South African sauvignon blanc that we first tasted at the Hope Valley Bottle Shop in December.
One of the nice features of the wine list at Revolution is the encyclopedia of information about each of the vineyards on the list. So you can read up on those wines that look interesting while trying to decide between the number of tasty dishes available.
