Chatham Hill Winery is hosting the third event in their International Cuisine & Wine Pairing Series, called Exploring Italy, on Tuesday, January 27th from 7-9pm.
Personal Chef Warren Slate will prepare Gnocchi with Herb Butter and Mushroom Risotto and Tuscan Soup, while explaining how and why the selected ingredients blend so well together. Samples will be offered as Wine Expert, Aris Ragouzeos, describes and pours six wines that pair with these foods.
