German Wine Dinner @ Blu Seafood and Bar

Blu Seafood and Bar in Durham is hosting a wine dinner featuring German wines with guest speaker Mike Smith from The Country Vintner on Wednesday, November 12 at 7pm for $45 a person. Tasting items will include Duck Confit with German Potato Salad, Beet and Quark Salad, Pork Schnitzel with Sauerkraut and Carraway Brown Butter and Apple Streusel.
