Spanish Tapas and Wine Tasting @ Chapel Hill Wine Company

Chapel Hill Wine Company is throwing a (free!) special Spanish tapas and wine tasting on Saturday, November 8th from 1-5pm. The Food Fairy and Kitchen A-Go-Go will provide samples of Spanish tapas from their kitchens, paired with Spanish wines selected by the Chapel Hill Wine Company.
The Spanish Tapas menu for the tasting will include (from the CHWC newsletter):
- Chorizo with Apples
- Tortilla Espanole with Salsa Brava (a potato fritatta) with garlic sauce
- Grilled Bread with Tomato and either Manchego cheese or Ham
- Medley of Almonds, Cheese and Olives
