“Recession Buster” dinner special @ Vines Bistro

Vines Bistro in Cary is offering a “Recession Buster” dinner special on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights in October. For $15, you get your choice of one small plate, one soup or salad, and a glass of house red or white wine.
It looks like the only small plate that’s excluded is the cheese plate (which is the most expensive one). I can’t find a listing of their house wines, but their wine list looks pretty reasonable. They also offer $5 off wine bottles on Tuesday nights.
