Daniel’s Restaurant & Catering in Apex is hosting a Halloween Wine Dinner on Friday, October 31 starting at 7pm. This dinner is by reservations only and the cost is $50 per person plus tax and gratuity. Check out the website for more information.

For the record, the “creepy” food descriptions rather gross me out, but I am including them for those that like that sort of thing!

The Menu:

Fried Mudbugs (crawfish) with a devilish remoulade sauce
Witches Brew Golden Ale

Sauteed Frogs Legs in a tomato garlic sauce
Pure Evil Chardonnay, 2007

Severed Fingers with an Oozy sauce
(Shredded Pork Taquitos with roasted Tomatillo Salsa and Corn and Goat Queso)
Valley of the Moon Syrah 2005

Sticky Dead Man Bone’s with a bloody sauce, roasted brains
(Baby Back Ribs, Cauliflower)
Bogle The Phanthom, 2005

Braised Werewolf Haunch, Roasted Maggots
(Red Wine braised Beef, farro with pancetta)
Kenwood Jack London Cabernet Sauvignon, 2005

Caramel Apple Bread Pudding
Hardy’s Whisker’s Blake Tawny Port, Australia
