Cork’d.com

leandra wrote this on August 4, 2008

For those type of people who would like a more organized wine experience, there’s corkd.com. This is a website where you can keep track of wines you’ve tried, add comments about the wines in your cellar as you open them and swap reviews and recommendations with friends.

Joining is free and it’s definitely one of those experiences where you only get out what you put in. I’ve often seen a bottle of wine that I recognized, but I don’t always remember if I liked it! I’m just not sure I would put in all the time and effort needed to maintain my virtual cellar listings.

Their blog has been inactive for awhile due to other responsibilities, but there seem to be some current reviews. Has anyone tried this community?
